This product-specific contract applies to the selected NAC Shop product and forms part of the wider NAC Shop legal framework. It is tailored to the product condition, route exposure, payment structure, and customer acknowledgements applicable to this order.

1. Product reliance and customer review

The customer confirms that they have reviewed the product description, pricing, condition, route, and any special notes before ordering. Images and descriptions are representative and may include supplier or catalog information that is not guaranteed to remain identical at the moment of sourcing. NAC Shop may update sourcing information where necessary to protect service continuity.

2. Condition and quality expectations

For brand-new products, NAC Shop aims to source commercially suitable stock through approved channels. For second-hand products, the customer accepts that normal prior-use wear, supplier grading standards, and limited original packaging may apply. Unless specifically stated, second-hand items may not carry an original manufacturer warranty.

3. Fragile goods acknowledgement

This product is categorized as fragile or breakable. The customer accepts that NAC Shop may require extra packaging, handling fees, route restrictions, or special acknowledgements. NAC Shop is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed inherent weakness, poor original manufacturer packaging, third-party mishandling outside NAC Shop’s control, or customer refusal to follow collection or inspection procedures.

4. Installment-specific acknowledgement

If the product is purchased through installments, title remains controlled by NAC Shop until all approved installment obligations are settled in full or otherwise waived in writing. NAC Shop may withhold release, suspend benefits, or enforce recovery rights where default or fraud risk arises.

5. Route, customs, and liability limitation

Delivery timing remains an estimate only. Customs, border inspection, government charges, storage, and release delays are outside NAC Shop’s complete control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAC Shop’s liability relating to this specific product is limited to the amount actually paid for it, excluding consequential loss, indirect loss, and third-party charges.

6. Customer confirmation

By proceeding with purchase, deposit, wallet settlement, or installment approval for this product, the customer confirms acceptance of this product-specific contract together with the NAC Shop customer terms, wallet terms, privacy policy, and refunds policy.
